These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WP Theme Generator website, plugin, and API (collectively, the "Service") operated by WP Theme Generator ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
WP Theme Generator is a web-based tool that generates custom WordPress theme ZIP files based on user-selected design options. The Service includes a Free Preview mode and a paid generation option.
The Free Preview mode allows any user to explore generator options and view a live in-browser preview of their theme design. The Free Preview does not generate, produce, or deliver a WordPress theme ZIP file. No files are created or emailed in Free Preview mode.
Upon payment of $29.99 (or the current listed price) via Stripe, the Service generates a complete WordPress theme ZIP file and delivers it to the email address provided at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store payment card details.

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge.
Refund policy: Because theme generation begins immediately upon payment confirmation and the theme ZIP is delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds once the theme has been delivered. If you experience a technical failure where no theme was delivered, contact us within 7 days at support@wpthemegenerator.io and we will regenerate your theme or provide a refund at our discretion.
Generated Themes are released under the GPL-2.0+ licence (see our License page). The generator application, UI, API, and marketing content remain the property of WP Theme Generator and are not GPL-licensed.
The Service integrates with the following third parties, each governed by their own terms:
The Service and all Generated Themes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Generated Themes will meet every specific requirement. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Theme Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.
